Well, first of all, no we didn’t spell out name wrong, and the ³ is silent. C³olab actually stands for collaboration laboratory, the ³ symbolizes what we are trying to do, to create crafted convenience. With roughly 18+ years of hospitality experience under our belts, we have had many names over the years working in every aspect of the beverage industry, from being a bar porter at your local dive bar to bartending under Michelin Star guidance on-trade, to educator, ambassador, trainer, sales representative, event coordinator, & brewer in the off-trade. We have never had the opportunity to utilize all of the skills from our experiences in one venture, until now, thus giving birth to what we have called a “Creative Hospitality Studio.”
